"What we resist persists" is a truism we may accept it in theory but not in practice. Our chronic issues are where we've put our attention, prolonging and replaying over and over again. Whether it's weight, money, love, relationships, career or all of those and more (they tend to clump together), most know what I'm talking about. Sometimes we're aware how these shaped our lives, keeping us on track to our target aka major purpose. Now though, should we consciously assume control directing our life, the chronic issue can disappear/fade away. Accept what is and release the blocks to claim the life you wish to live.
