It is not your job to make someone else happy.

It is your job to make your SELF happy.

We have a lot of VERY unhappy people in this world trying to make others happy..... at the expense of their very own happiness.

Sacrificing the SELF will never work, because it is impossible to give to someone else what you currently do not have.

Are you happy? If you are not ~ what changes are you willing to make in order to claim your birthright of joy, love, happiness and serenity. It is your divine birthright to radiate these attributes, and it is your responsibility to claim them.....for no one else can do it for you.

Are your needs met? If your needs are not met how can you possibly fulfill the needs of others? There must always be a balance in giving and receiving.

Examine your life and your relationships. Be brutally self honest with your self. What changes need to be made? What needs to be released? What needs to be healed? What needs to be discussed? What needs to be brought back into balance?

You have the power and the responsibility to BE HAPPY. Spend time creating that for your self so you can radiate it from your being and THEN help others simply by being the example of what they too can create and claim for themselves. ~ Sabrina

The common belief is that soul mates come together in an easy, effortless and totally romantic way. “I’m looking for my other half,” you might hear people say, “My twin soul.”

Indeed, the concept of soul connection is embedded in our culture and this is evident when we look at fairytales and myths, which depict a search for wholeness; this archetype is illustrated by the prince seeking Cinderella or waking the sleeping princess/beauty, the archetypal feminine. These stories may be traced back 5,000 years to the legend of the Egyptian Gods Isis and Osiris.

These male and female deities were brother and sister and husband and wife. Emerging from the womb as twins, they became beloved companions who could not be separated, even by death. When Osiris’ jealous brother, Set, kidnaps and kills him, Isis, his sister, lover, wife, is able to merge with the soul of her husband and conceive a god-child, Horus.

Infuriated by this, Set has his brother’s body cut into 14 pieces. In mourning, Isis journeys through the country “gathering pieces of her husband together and reassembling them until he eventually comes back to life.” The Egyptians named her the goddess of fertility and motherhood, and Osiris the god of the dead. Their son, Horus, became known as the god of the sun and sky.

Imagine the power of this love and commitment. Many people long for a sense of soul connection, unity with others, purpose and direction. We seek psychic information about where our right mate, our “soul” mate might be. Surely, we believe, we’ll recognize that person when we meet. The meeting should have such resonance that no doubt will remain.

When asked about finding the right marriage partner, Cayce often replied as he did to this woman. “…We might find twenty-five or thirty such, if you choose to make it so! It is what you make it!”

Cayce believed we had a number of soul mates, i.e., people with whom we had incarnated before and with whom we could create a positive relationship. He discussed the characteristics by which we could identify those people. They were people who would assist us in our soul development.

He told us to look for the person who helped us be a better person. He often referred to a spouse as a “help meet,” in reference to “help mate.” He said we would be drawn to souls we had known before and in order to complete unfinished business, we would pick up where we left off.

Cayce consistently encouraged us to look at our values, set an ideal for ourselves, and have a sense of life’s direction. In some readings he discouraged clients from marrying a particular person. “It would be best never to marry him—thy ideals will be destroyed.” This response was based on his knowledge of their most recent past lives and the issues that were left unresolved between them.

Throughout his book, Mr. Todeschi reminds us that for Cayce, “the purpose of all relationships is spiritual development.” He cautions us to honestly interpret our relationships on this basis: “Does it challenge and stretch me? Does it encourage me to become a more balanced, giving person? Does this relationship bring out the very best within me?”

These questions may be applied to all our relationships, whether they be romantic or not. Souls often reincarnate in groups, and often to accomplish a particular purpose. “…even work relationships in which individuals are brought together to achieve some greater goal.”

Though soul mates may even appear to be the source of obstacles in one’s life, they are in fact people with whom we can work through our challenges. Relationships bring out what’s hidden, the best and the worst, in order that we may encounter and transcend our issues.

If you find there are particular traits in others you don’t like, you may recall Cayce’s admonition, “Self always meets self.” Or as contemporary speaker and writer, Alan Cohen says, “If you spot it you’ve got it.” These may be traits about which we are in denial or which we manifested in a previous life.

How do we maintain a healthy, loving relationship? Cayce advised one couple “to always show their love for the other and to keep foremost in their minds their joint companionship…. Their home was to be their first and most important work.”

In all relationships Cayce stressed the need for cooperation, love and tolerance. He believed we were eventually destined to become soul mates with all people, as we were all one in God. Our free will allows us to choose whether we will learn our lessons now or wait for them to come around again. Unlearned lessons will continue to resurface until completed and this is because the soul has an innate desire to become whole and reunited with its creator.

Mr. Todeschi cites cases in which Cayce revealed the past life issues that were currently being faced by present day clients. For example, “It was because of her Roman lifetime that Wendy was now experiencing bone cancer. Apparently, during the time of Nero, she had enjoyed watching the physical combat and persecutions of the Christians in the arena. In order to experience firsthand the physical suffering and pain of a situation she once made fun of, at a soul level Wendy had chosen the hip condition. When she asked why she had waited nearly 2,000 years to meet this condition, Cayce told her that it was ‘because she couldn’t do it before! The necessary elements to bring the situation together had only happened in this lifetime.’

The readings tell us that each soul chooses its parents by first looking to see where it can best learn the lessons that will allow it to experience its true purpose. As human beings, complete with free will and forgetting, we are allowed conscious choice about what we will do in this life. The lessons left unlearned will be taken on in a future incarnation.

Whether we are adopted into a family, or born naturally into it, the soul has chosen this group of people for its incarnation. Cayce said nothing happened ‘by chance. Friendships are only the renewing of former purposes, ideals.’

‘God is love!’ affirmed Cayce, and love is therefore what we are and what motivates each soul. If you wish to experience more love, be more loving. ‘For, love—as friendship—grows by being showered upon others…’

Mr. Todeschi tells us that “From the Cayce files it becomes clear that all of our important relationships in the present had their foundation in the past. As far as the soul is concerned, apparently we do not meet anyone of importance for the very first time.”

We may even come together with a group of souls in order to create negative energy such as racial strife or dissension. Ultimately each of those souls will need to transcend that negativity and the appropriate life lessons will arise.

In one reading Cayce advised a woman that her present situation “was in order to enable her to make a conscious decision to have a relationship with her daughter, a situation about which Cayce replied, ‘You can…Will you?’”

For all of us, our ultimate purpose for being on earth is to manifest love. Cayce advised us to meet all situations with unconditional love. ‘Minimize the faults, magnify the virtues! …So live, so act one toward the other, as to make this experience—here and now—worthwhile!’

Cayce’s Recommendations for Creating Soul Mate Relationships

1) Learn to love and understand yourself;

2) Establish a spiritual ideal that can serve as a directional beacon;

3) Begin to work on and apply the best that you know to do;

4) And expect things to change so that they can.

Ultimately we heal our relationships with others by becoming whole within ourselves.

The oldest Sanskrit texts say: In the beginning was sound.

As humans went into decline, down into the lower vibrational energy curve of the last cycle - the word of man became the ruler of the world. However, there is no word without sound (this includes mechanical thought).
Observe and pay attention to where you HEAR your thoughts. Beethoven became deaf and could still hear the music he was writing. Thought is sound manifest inside the central ear - which is where we hear physical sound.
OM [AUM] manifests sound from the center of the body, just above the navel, just in front of the kidneys, below the solar plexus reaching the heart. The energy of this sound opens the heart's wings like an air current. The wings of the heart are the lungs.
Way up in the topmost tower of the head lives the Monkey King, who is born from thought. The Monkey King rules the Earth through the power of words. Because all humans (or most humans) are servants to their own thoughts (ego identity), they follow the dominant word/ideology at any given time in history.

To find out if there is anyone else in the universe, the Monkey King builds all kinds of devices to listen for "the chatter" - out there in the universe. Thought - the ego - thinks birds and animals are primitive because they use sound and we humans have advanced higher than animals through the word.

What would our planet be without bird song?

What would our planet be with only noise humans create: cars, planes, industry, chatter of the airways? The same frequency of noise and chatter that Monkey King is searching for out there in Cosmos. Ancient Sounds From Atlantis
It turns out that the sound based Operating System of a bird's brain is superior to modern day man and his "word based system". You are going to see science come out and say this .. that there is a "superior" system that is based on sound, and that we are far from it. Therefore, Monkey King is going to try and reproduce this sound-based system as technology. Really smart!!

Back to Egypt, which came out of Atlantis, where bird brain gods created the pyramids .. and gave civilization to mankind - using sound. Implying that today's space listening devices would not hear or understand an advanced life form "out there", because an advanced civilization would be based on silence and use of natural harmonic sound(s).

When they say that Atlantis sank .. that was because we sank - to the lowest level of lead = heavy, dense matter, enslaved to the physical world - devoid of spirit. This is the world we have today. A world ruled by the ego Monkey King inside each one of us. The word rules this world and we are ruled by the word.

The ego (thought) rules the world through the word, as the word rules over ego.

The frequency of Atlantis is not really about a return-to-the-light. The cycle ahead is a return to sound. Not that we return to the sound; but that the sound of sounds comes to us. The original sound fills mankind with the same power that was used to build the ancient megalithic sites.

Learn To Listen
Over the next three hundred years there is going to be a radical revolution in sound. Currently, we humans make a lot of noise, while birds, animals, nature make sounds. Learn to listen... a humans two ears are the wings of something in the middle - and so, what is it that hears?

Sound leads you to the source.

We have had many thousands of years attempting to teach humans that silence is the way to go. Not because silence is empty; but inner-silence is the still point through which the spirit hears all sounds.

We are going to see an era where sound is used to clean up radioactive waste. The Japanese will probably lead the field on those discoveries. Technology will be clean through a greater understanding of sound [harmonics]. Currently we attempt to make technology mechanically clean, while making a lot of noise pollution.

Wind turbines create noise. They send low frequency noise vibrations through the earth.

These coming changes go together with changes in the state of the human mind. Changes happening over the next 100 to 200 years. The Monkey King (thought) is noisy... thinking, worrying, afraid, aggressive, competitive = noisy. Thought creates a lot of noise externally through technology, because thought is afraid of silence.

Silence is the ending of thought.

Why do ancient Sanskrit texts describe the gods flying around on sacred vehicles that emit sacred sounds? Flying vehicles that sing or chant the most sacred of sounds .. the last evidence of the ancient sounds of Atlantis.

Fear is an illusion...

Those who fall apart and crumble to a frozen state of fear in these times we now live in are losing their 'perspective' .. and that is an internal affair. But, those of you who can master fear and see the passageway(s) of Initiation beyond the fear... that creates 'strength' and the strength gets shared with the world around you.

Finding Your Inner Lion

Today the Full Moon is in Leo. Emotions are high and creativity is unleashed. The symbol for Leo is the Lion. With all that power and opportunity floating about, it might be a good time to connect with your inner lion.

Most people have a private self and a public self. Often there is quite a disconnection between the two. People around you might be seeing you as quite timid, shy and reserved; a kitten, while inside you know you have the roar of the lion. To balance the disconnect is often the key to balanced emotions and positive interactions.

Not only is the Lion a symbol for Leo, it's also considered a totem, power, or spirit animal. Steven Farmer, in "Animal Spirit Guides", writes that when a Lion shows up it may mean you're much stronger than you think. Isn't that what the Lion discovered in The Wizard of Oz? All that courage and dignity is found within. Sometimes we just need to be reminded of that.

Daniel Mapel, in "Into the Heart of the Wild", recommends Lion for people that want to claim their deepest personal authority and spiritual power. He writes that Lion helps support you in connecting with your inner archetypes of King and Queen.

Assuming that you're somewhere, anywhere, on earth right now as you read this blog, and if you're not I'd love to hear from you too!, I think there's a good chance you feel as though you have taken on a project that may seem overwhelming. Maybe it's always been like that no matter what era you live in, but for sure in this fast pace of radial changes, conflicting ideologies, and shifting vibrations, we're challenged to "keep the faith". I also believe that deep down everyone knows they have the necessary skills to complete their project, whatever that might be. But sometimes that knowing is buried really, really, deep. And when that knowledge is covered up with loads of insecurity, past failures, failed attempts, unhelpful patterns, and thoughts and emotions from others, it can be pretty difficult to find the knowing. That's when you need to call on your inner Lion to dig through all that and face the mirror . That's when it's time to admire your flowing mane, impressive jaw-line, large teeth, wise watchful eyes, twitching ears, and retractable claws.

Larch is the essence that first comes to mind when you could use some help to find your Lion. The Full Moon on February 7 is at 18º Leo 31’, it’s closest aspect is an opposition to Mercury and it falls on the fixed star Merak in Ursa Major, the Great Bear. This star is said to bring a love of command and domination if the sign Leo is tenanted, well the Moon is in tropical Leo. Merak also gives one the power to move on in life. The theme of courage continues as the big brave seeds of the Eagle Altair were planted at the last New Moon. We get some signs of what is coming to a head from two weeks ago. All the stars in the bear exude a quiet strength, but raise hell when roused. The Moon aspects may give a clue to what is stirring in the pot. Domestic security is threatened and we know this bear gets pretty vengeful when some one messes with her cubs.

February Full Moon Aspects

Moon opposite Mercury is going to be touchy about family matters. Communications will be difficult because of the blurring of clear thinking with hang-ups that originate from childhood. There is also an internal battle between the logical mind and gut instinct. But the restlessness creates a very driven personality.

The state of flux could feel like the tides washing in and out, purifying. But also a time when we will feel rather strung out so there might be the temptation to self-medicate! But do try to resist if you have to make an important decision. A clear head is needed.

As this is a full Moon, we also have Sun conjunct Mercury which can give an over active imagination and odd phobias. People are prone to seeing the bogie men of their childhood under this influence. Anyone taking hallucinogenics at this full moon is gonna see weird shit! Not least because retrograde Mars is on the fixed star Denebola, the lions pissed-off tail and Venus is on…well yes it’s…Scheat “Evil environment, suffering through own acts, danger of imprisonment or restraint”.

Full Moon on Asteroid Zelia

With the full Moon on asteroid Zelia, the paranoid atmosphere from this Moon could indeed bring amply ones worst fears and bring on a psychosomatic attack of the goolies. Zelia is the feminine form of Zelus which “personifies dedication, emulation, eager rivalry, envy, jealousy, and zeal.” Could these goolies then merely be an attack of the green-eyed monster? As we have seen from the aspects, childhood insecurities are clouding rational judgement. The mood is ripe for a crime of passion here. However there is a saviour of a trine between Saturn and Neptune which may help some discern what is real (Saturn) and what is fantasy (Neptune)

This could be a bitch of a Moon for those in its line of fire (18º fixed signs). Mercury’s involvement means some salacious gossip and a media love scandal. I say this because once you stick hellraiser/come seductress Eris in there you also get a repeat quincunx from Mars retrograde. The very same aspect as from the Full Moon of January 9. I wrote “Mars was on the cranky lions tail Denebola, just before the Full Moon – Thaw! This moon also talked about victimization, since we had a grand trine to Sedna. Mars was also revving up Eris too. You will not see the last of the skeletons let out of the closest on this day, they come back to haunt you around the 1st week of February (This Full Moon) and are resolved between June 16-18.” Have a look back at what was happening in your life on January 8/9 to get an understanding of this strange Mars/Eris/Sedna energy.

Full Moon Yod

This revisited quincunx gives us a rather rampant Yod with the Sun/Mercury conjunction sextile Eris, both quincunxing the Mars retrograde. Those who actually have anything at 21º Virgo need to be vigilant. Mars here is vindictive and cruel. If scandal should arise then this star causes public disgrace! It could be something as trite as a spurned lover taking revenge with a kiss and tell or more seriously according to the Ebertins Denebola’s volatility can also cause major catastrophes. Mars was at 22º Virgo opposite the Vertex when the Costa Concordia crashed on January 13. So keep safe people and stay away from trouble. The bitter edge to this moon presses on all our insecurities. Light candles and pray quietly, but do not stoke the fire. Avoid getting caught in habitual karmic cycles of playing the victim. Sometimes the bravest thing is to walk away.

Last fall I dived in multiple projects to combat the winter blues and it's February 2012 already! This is an example of Practicing Presence and the spacious Now of timelessness. Don't have enough time? Just get present and experience how time will expand to accommodate you. Time dragging for you? Just get present and experience how time will fly by. Most of us are the victim of time, rather than the user of time. If you haven't mastered control of your time yet, it's time you did, pardon the pun. After all, time is really an illusion...it's units of experience that stretches or shrinks to fit.

Let us talk about some of the prophecies that have been foretold about the coming times. It is true that the energies of light coming to the earth plane are growing more intense, that the earth is changing in its magnetics, and that you are living in a time of increased earth activity.

DaBen and I do not see cataclysmic
earth changes on a global scale.

There will most likely be a continuance of the kinds of weather patterns, hurricanes, floods, droughts, volcanoes, and earthquakes that you have already been experiencing. We see an increase in the earth's activity, and continued dramatic weather patterns in some locations for the next ten or twenty years. This will be followed by a quieter period of earth activity.
The pole shift will hardly be noticed on the physical plane when it comes. It will open doorways into higher dimensions. You will be able to stay in higher states of love and flow more easily and often, for it will point humanity toward spirit, toward the Divine Self, and away from a consciousness based in matter. It will gradually lessen the pull of the material world, and strengthen your connection to the spiritual world. With this new direction, many more people will turn toward the light.
Many prophecies were made more than a thousand years ago. Even recent prophecies did not anticipate the recent and rapid spiritual awakening of humanity that is happening. The shift in consciousness humanity has made, and events such as the global peace meditations, have transformed earth changes to the milder events you are now experiencing, rather than mass cataclysmic events.
Remember, the earth itself is a living being, and is working with many beings of light to help transform all life on the planet to a higher consciousness without ending the life–humanity and all kingdoms–that live on it.
The Enlightened Ones, Masters, and beings of light have been working with humanity to offer accelerated spiritual awakening. The results have been beyond what was anticipated. Many of you are routinely reaching levels of awareness that in the past were only achieved by a few highly evolved people. The growing vibration of love is modifying the way earth changes will come about.
One of the prominent thought forms hovering over humanity is the thought that the end of civilization is near. You can see this in the prophecies about the year 2012. We do not see civilization ending. Events such as the energies coming in the year 2012 will open doorways into even higher states of consciousness.
After 2012 we see the fear of earth changes releasing its hold on people's thoughts and visions of the future. There will be more certainty that humanity will continue to exist, and a growing realization that solving the problems of humanity will have to come from humanity itself. Humanity will not be "saved" from its responsibility to change its living conditions through some catastrophe or outside event.

Earth changes are already happening.

When I was growing up near the New Madrid earthquake fault line I felt a yang edge to the energy that was reflected in my personal dramas. I think it energized aspects of my warrior psyche and empowered creativity, all enhanced by our isolated location there among the Indian Mounds. We went to Memphis a lot and I could always tell when we drove out and drove back in the vortex area. I had never heard of vortexes but I sensed where the boundaries were. In 1908 almost 2000 mounds were documented in our county and over 3000 just across the river in the next county. Working with angels is so easy I can't understand why more people don't use them. Angels 'Accomplish where unto they are sent' meaning they go and do what is intended. Usually I send them to 'handle' whatever it is for highest good for all rather than specifying an outcome since I don't always know what's best. It works perfectly beyond my limited vision, frequently providing higher and better than I would have ever hoped for. Have you ever said something in anger that you can't take back-or can we? In the old days I would berate myself, try to figure it out, waste hours thinking of excuses or apologies or worse yet, trying to justify what I said and the hole just got deeper. I would find myself more separated and unaligned than the original boo boo. Before I always used angels for assistance but to edit reality? The results have been so amazingly consistent I felt like I had discovered a magic wand. Along with the use of these tools comes responsibility, you can have a second chance so heed the lesson and next time don't do it!

Years ago I took a cruise to the Mexican Riviera. I was reluctant to cruise in the first place because of a long held belief I had been on the Titanic and on the flight to Miami I got very sick and should have known better but overcame my fear determined to see the Mayan ruins. When I awoke early the next morning in our stateroom, I could see land through the mist out our balcony doors...It was a milestone moment of my life to realize I was looking at the Yuca-tan peninsula. I was totally transfixed with wonder and stood on the balcony mesmerized until we reached Cozumel. I recognized the Atlantean vibration and knew why I was compelled to come in spite of being sick and my fear of ships. According to the Cayce readings the terrain has changed but the feel was familiar re old temple training and I knew I'd been there often in some capacity as priest/frequencyholder. In Cancun I made the mistake of ordering something with ice and brought home a stomach bug, the coup de gras to the Atlantean Sons of Belial influence on paradise.

When I learned of a fellow warriors new health issue it reactivated my own Templar torture recall reminding me that there's residual energy left...whoaah...as I was thrown to the floor by a muscle cramp paralyzed with incredibly intense severe pain I recognized the Templar torture replaying. For 11-11-11 I had planned a trip to a fave sacred power place in Arkansas but instead I had emergency visit to ophthalmologist followed up immediately taking my friend to clinic...so much for best laid plans. 2012 THE MISSION

I was in my early twenties when I was told about coming earth changes that we are now experiencing as we close in on 2012. Living on the New Madrid earthquake fault I assumed that was the threat, and set about learning some useful skills that whoever survived would need. I read Cayce, bought the Foxfire books and many others, stored food and water, refined camping skills to live offgrid, grew a garden, learned to can etc. But over the years I realized I was in a fear based reactive mode and there was more to it than how to survive. In the meantime life took many detours along the way and I found myself far from home learning about life. On the moves the earth spoke to me and old advanced temple training inspired me to listen and remember. You know in the movie Mission Impossible where they say "the mission, if you choose to accept it"? When Nature Intelligence asked I chose to accept The Mission working with Nature to reestablish the lost lines of communication and restore the balance inherent in Nature. What's your mission?

Years ago, a friend and I discovered we had a close telepathic link so occasionally I would send a message or just check-in to see if it was received and often it was . One evening I thought of her strongly and later she told me that he'd been in a pub having dinner when he noticed I was sitting at another table. I've had a lifetime of vibratory attunement in the frequency energy for such time as the mound Sun Temples portals prepare to open. The 100 plus temperature didn't detract the pleasure of visiting the old Royal Road, El Camino Real, that runs from New Orleans to St. Louis paralleling the Mississippi River, our countries original grand highway. I was surprised to sense the vortex energy became milder and gentler as I neared the center and can only suppose the ages old Atlantean Sun Temple's portal have already opened? I intend to investigate soon on a roadtrip upriver to visit my old home on the Kingshighway at historic Ste. Genevieve. I have to question why I ever want to go anywhere else when there's so much to explore right where I live?

I've been using the Ho'Oponopono tech for awhile now and have began to see results. One thing I notice is that when "Inspiration" kicks in that it can be entirely unexpected and the opposite of our desire or goal. The last several days have been stressful and I blamed it on the full moon energy or am I experiencing a toxic stage ? Hmmnnn. A wise friend explains these this by saying "Well, if you had to have surgery to get well, you would do it and go through the recovery time wouldn't you?" This morning I feel way better so if this happened to you just push through it. It's a sign you're healing...It's worth it!
